The thesis deals with the evaluation of the collection of selected medicinal plants. The first part theoretically characterizes selected medicinal plants. It is characterized by the description, occurrence, useful parts, active ingredients, cultivation or harvesting, use and effects of each plant. The selection of twenty species of herbs and four species of bushes focuses on plants with abundance occurring in meadow communities near the forest or directly in the forest and with the possibility of recovery in processing plants for their healing effects. The second, practical part outlines the goal, describes the methodology and evaluates the results obtained. Sixty sites based on locations with diverse ecological conditions are under investigation for the widest possible range of habitats and data obtained - post-restoration vegetation, meadow with non-forest wood vegetation, meadow, pasture and fields. The data obtained are carried out by our own field survey, by means of which the work evaluates the average amount of plants per unit area, the average weight of the selected species and the rate of drying for the profitability of the harvest. At the same time, he conducts market research in the field of collecting healing plants. The total possible profit from the collection of medicinal plants on an area of 1 ha per year according to this work of data is € 7,614.50.
