The goal of the closing thesis is to describe and to analyse the change implementation on the basis of the theoretical knowledge about the methods and tools of Management of Change and to suggest the appropriate methods and tools for the improvement of the current situation of the enterprise. The diploma thesis includes 5 chapters and it consists of 7 pictures and 5 tables. The first chapter deals with the theoretical definition of terms, related to implementation of methods and tools of Management of Change. The second chapter delineates the thesis goals. The third chapter includes the process of methodology. The fourth chapter consists of the analysis of the current situation in the enterprise, which is focused on using of current methods and tools and their implementation and the weaknesses of the enterprise as well. The final chapter deals with the own suggestions and recommendations of implementation of the methods and tools. Possibilities of implementation the selected methods, suggested by us, are the results of the diploma thesis, because they could resolve the problems, which in the enterprise currently occur and thereby better the current situation and effectiveness of the enterprise.
