In the theme "artistic-structural detail in a selected furniture system" mountaineering is interpreted through metaphor and metonymy. The philosophy of this work depicts a specific inspirational scope. Based on the proposed concepts, the final solution becomes the goal of the Master thesis. The visual similarity is used in transformation philosophy through metaphor. And through metonymy are inserted functional principles and symbolism. The essence of the design process is the author's reaction to the selected topic. Even the choice of used materials corresponds to the context of sports.
