The main aim of the diploma thesis is to evaluate the performance of the company in the conditions of the selected company through selected methods and indicators. The first part of the diploma thesis deals with the theoretical basis of the issue of measuring and evaluating the performance of the company and characterizes the various approaches to measuring the performance of the company. The analytical part of the work deals with the analysis of the current financial situation of the company and measuring performance in the conditions of the selected company with a focus on financial and non-financial indicators. The final part of the thesis is devoted to the evaluation of the calculated results and the elaboration of a set of proposals to improve the measurement of the performance of the company.
