The phenomenon of environmental crime brings with it many new unexplained questions to which, unfortunately, there are no clear answers yet, either in the context of research or statistics, or also in terms of preventive measures against environmental crime. From the aspect of forensic psychology, the bachelor's thesis focuses mainly on the issue of environmental crime, the ways and reasons for committing this crime. It focuses in particular on some of the causes and motives that lead people to commit this type of crime. It also presents the results of a questionnaire survey, which aims to determine the current state of respondents' awareness of the issue and to find out the opinions and observations of respondents to the issue of environmental crime.
