The presented bachelor thesis focuses on the issue of family business. The first part provides the theoretical knowledge and development of family business. In this work we have included several definitions of family business. The main aim of the bachelor thesis was to evaluate family business in a particular family company to find out basic information about business from a businesswoman and her opinion on the success in her business activities. We also paid attention to monitoring customer opinions in the area of satisfaction with the services offered by results of a questionnaire survey. Subsequently we compared the opinion of the company owner and the opinion of customers using the calculated values of individual satisfaction attributes and graphs. In the last part we recommended some measures to improve business activity which will help the company better operate in a competitive market.
