My diploma thesis contains a design of a four-storey apartment building using CLT panel technology for the purposes of joint construction management in the Czech Republic. A model layout solution was chosen for the design of the apartment building. Full-wall panels made of cross-glued wood were chosen as the construction system. The theoretical part deals with the technical solution of the construction and the characteristics of the panel system from CLT. The work also contains the requirements for housing construction in the Czech Republic according to applicable standards and regulations. The practical part of the work deals with the development of design solutions, design of technical equipment of the building for the purposes of joint construction management, evaluation of thermal and acoustic properties and technologies of production and assembly of the proposed apartment building.
