The Čačínska cerina Nature Reserve (2,56 ha) in the Zvolenská kotlina basin was established as protected area in 1993 to protect fragment of well-preserved thermophilous oak forest on limestones with dominant occurrence of the Turkey oak (Quercus cerris L.) and occurrence of rare plant species, especially Orchidaceae. No integrated mycological research has been done in this area and only two species have been published so far. 174 species of macrofungi from 96 genera were found during our research from November 2018 to November 2019. Ecological groups, indication value and information about some interesting species are discussed. It is worth mentioning the occurrence of rare and protected species: Brunneoporus kuzyanus, Cortinarius sodagnitus, Crepidotus ehrendorferi, Hericium erinaceus, Hygrophorus arbustivus, Paraxerula caussei, Pluteus fenzlii, Pluteus thomsonii, Spongipellis litschaueri, Volvariella caesiotincta and Xylobolus subpileatus.
