Theme of my bachelor thesis is analysing legal edit – hunting legislation about creation of the hunting district. I divided it to four main chapters following. The first chapter represents history of hunting legislation to year 1947 and is devided to 3 subchapters. First subchapter is talking about historical evoluton of hunting legislation until the law XX/1883 was founded, second is about itself law XX/1883, which was valid until year 1947 and the third is describing history of discovering game reserve on Slovakia. Second chapter is about first Czechoslovakia law nb. 255/1947. Third chapter is devided to 2 subchapters. First subchapter is about law nb. 23/1962 and second is describing novelisation nb. 99/1993. The last one is about present hunting legislation and I divided it to 2 subchapters. First is about law nb. 274/2009 and second is about novelisation nb. 115/2013.
