Zvolen: TU, 2020, 84 pp. The main goal of the diploma thesis is a case study of project implementation in waste management in the municipality. The theoretical part describes the current state of waste issues, basic concepts and legislation. The practical part is devoted to the description of the municipality and the analysis of strategic documents and procedures for the implementation of the project and at the same time we defined the current state of waste management in the municipality. An interview with the mayor of the municipality was conducted to find out information. Based on the results of the interview, we analyzed the project using elements of mosaic governance and then derived a synthesis of recommendations for the project.
