The work on the topic WORKING RULES addresses the issue of the work order as a legal act, analyzes the relevant legal norms and focuses on the problems, pros and cons associated with the employment law in the practice of a particular entrepreneur. The employers in this case are Lesy Slovenské republiky, specifically the branch plant in Revúca. At present, the company's goal is primarily: - management of entrusted, used or leased property owned by the Slovak Republic, use of property of other legal entities in accordance with relevant legislation, - rational use of all resources and means that ensure optimal development stability of the company, - satisfying public interests and needs and protection of the natural environment. The main goal of the bachelor's thesis was to use examples from the practice of the selected employer to point out the importance of the existence of properly developed work rules and the need for continuous improvement
