Bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of regional differences in Slovakia.First theoretical part of thesis is about ground in with basics notions about regions. Then we take a look at regional development and it’s primary theory about regional development. In the next chapter, my bachelor thesis deals with regional politics, where we define it’s gist, reasons for regional policy in Slovak republic and how it develops. Second part of Bachelor tesis is about analysis and development of regions in Slovak republic on base of economical – social indicators. We watch GDP, average monthly wage, unemployment and income of households.Last chapter is about suggestions and solutions for regional differences in Slovak republic.
