The subject of the work is the design of the construction and technology of construction of a multi-storey apartment building based on wood solved by a panel system. The theoretical part deals with the description of wood-based building systems for multi-storey buildings, the basic requirements for buildings, materials and joins. The practical part of the work is focused on the project of a multi-storey apartment house, while the architecture is taken from a professional architect. The main focus is the design of a construction solution with the output of production documentation in the SEMA program and also a description of the technology process for production and assembly. Another part of the work is the processing of the documentation of the apartment house for a building permit in the SEMA program in order to analyze the efficiency of work in comparison with the work in the AutoCAD program.
