The content of this diploma thesis is the identification of individual sources of financing of the company, their distribution and characteristics, the possibility of obtaining to ensure the activities of the company. The analysis of a specific selected forestry company points to the property and capital structure of the company, the availability of resources to finance the needs of the company. The analysis of financing in time shows the management of the company for the last 5 years, the definition of resources from which the company drew funds, as well as the company's involvement in projects announced by the European Union and analysis of reimbursement of resources for preparation and implementation of individual projects. At the end of the work, the possibilities of obtaining sources of financing are evaluated, their strengths and weaknesses are defined by selected employees of the company. The results of the company's analysis point to its financial stability. The company is satisfied with its own financial resources, it is not dependent on drawing loans and bearing the costs associated with it. A good, albeit minimal, injection for it is also obtaining funding from European Union projects, in which the success rate was 100% in the monitored period.Keywords: capital structure, property structure, external resources, internal resources, specifics of financing
