Zvolen: Technical University of Zvolen, 2020.The bachelor thesis theoretically deals with the description of a group of thugs and their use with respect to the health status of wild animals. It is divided into three parts. The first part describes the origin and history of driers, the basic definition and properties of driers and their division. The following part deals with the use of thorns and characterizes the three most used species in Slovakia: Slovak kopova, alpine dachshund (daxelkopova) and Styrian coarse-haired durička. The last part analyzes the issue of the health status of wild animals. It depicts the most serious diseases of wild game such as trichinosis, Aujeszky's disease, classical swine fever and African swine fever.
