The bachelor's thesis describes the process of creation and genesis of storage furniture and specifies itself on the consumer, who wants to live in a more organized space of living. The work indicates to the reader issue of online shopping, analyzes the behaviour of consumers and retailers, the impact of online shopping on the society and the environment, but also on innovations in online shopping. In the creative part of the work, the author specializes in the typology of the vitrine and its position in history, enumerating examples of contemporary design of vitrines, showcase solitaires, inspiration in the form of minimalist and miniaturism style as a response to consumerism, the author's suggestions, subjective opinions and creative process sup to the final design.
