The goal of the thesis was to design documentation for construction of tennis training center according to current standards. The project was designed according general rules. Tennis center is designed to safely and functionally and by typological principles for public buildings and sports facilities. The project includes graphics-drawing part and text part that contains thermal assessments fragments of walls, floors, roofs and selected details and registers of elements in typical floor. Technical report is included in text part of project. This report assesses the profitability of residential building solutions in terms of the heat demand for heating and energy balance. Final thesis gave me invaluable experience in the design and assessment of buildings. It is also possible to use this project in future the implementation. The aim of thesis has been achieved and project was successful
