The thesis is devoted to the processing of the topic related to pellet mills for wood waste. At the beginning of the work, a contemporary overview of pellet mills with their technical parameters is created. At work there is a description of the compaction and pelleting process, a description of the characteristics of wood pellets and the principle of operation of the pellet production line. Conceptual and design of the pellet mill is developed at work. The design includes the calculation of technical parameters, strength calculations and the developed model in Autodesk Inventor Professional 2020. The output of the thesis is production documentation.
