The aim of the diploma thesis is to find and choose a foreign market that would be suitable for the company games4you s.r.o., doing business in Slovakia in the field of entertainment services. After determining a suitable foreign market, another goal is to find the form that would be most suitable for the company to expand business activities in the foreign market. In addition to the design and determination of a suitable market, the partial goal is to select a suitable strategy so that the company has all activities under its control. We determined and evaluated the SWOT analysis and the strengths and weaknesses of the company, its opportunities and threats that it must expect for the company when entering a foreign market. The analyzes we performed show a favorable starting position for successful expansion into foreign markets. We used selected methods of strategic decision-making to find and determine suitable markets. By selection analysis, we determined the 3 most promising markets, whose criteria are the most suitable for the company. By analyzing the market share by elaborating it and using the point method, we chose Austria, the Czech Republic and Hungary for the company games4you s.r.o. new market abroad, namely Austrian. After determining a suitable foreign market, we selected the most suitable form of entry for the company, which took into account the most important criteria for the company. The result was a franchise entry, which takes into account the most effective way to expand the company to foreign markets. For the company games4you s.r.o. we also designed the company's marketing program and communication strategy to enter the Austrian foreign market.
