The aim of the diploma thesis, which is called Marketing Analysis and the proposal of a marketing strategy in a selected company, evaluates the situation in which the Continental Company is located. The work is divided into several chapters which show us several analyzes and elements that we have achieved in the work. The work contains a theoretical part which will show us a general overview of the marketing environment and the practical part is focused on evaluating analyzes according to which we will propose a strategy that we would recommend to the transport company and then determine suggestions for improvement. The main analyzes are SWOT, Porter's analysis, market segmentation or a demonstration of competition.
