The thesis was to design the building with the main function of the information center and associated functions of public garages at Kollar Square in Bratislava, at the maximum potential of space and respecting the limits set environment, to acquire knowledge of the design of the building typologies and apply them appropriately in my solutions . My goal was to solve a complex entry, use the links that exist in the environment, leading pedestrian moves, as well as link to the attractive features in the vicinity that were the basic determinants of my design. As Kollar Square is an important intersection pedestrian routes, I tried to place the new architecture to vicinity without creating barriers, as well as creating new and attractive exterior surfaces in the form of a new form of square and small urban park, and covered passage. My solution of spaces is based on existing project based on the change of transport and creating pedestrian zones in the street Kollar square, which is the basis for closer links with Obchodná ulica and short city center. Kollar square becomes a peaceful area completing a busy area of the city center. The essential function of the information center I affiliated additional rentable space required for operation supporting character solved the zone and the developing of which contribute to the economic independence of the object as a whole. In internal space, I tried to its clarity, simplicity, functionality and logic interconnection facilities while the independence of individual operations.
