The topic of my bachelor's thesis is the object of a car outlet with garages SLOVBAVARIA. The building will be situated in town section Ružinov on the left side of Ivanska street. The main aim of this thesis is to create a concept of a car outlet for sale and service of BMW cars with respect to urban -- functional relations. First part of the thesis contains the project for area management. This project encompasses volume and spatial concept, urban relations and architectonic study, which was created upon authors perception in accordance with special features characteristic for car producer BMW. The objective of the second part of the thesis is to create a project for construction. It consists of building drawings in defined scales which comply with the construction. When writting my thesis I used different typological, constructional and urban knowledge which I gained through reading books, internet articles etc. I also got inspired by the advices of my teachers. It was very important to follow all the specific features in respect of the car producer and all regulations applicable in Slovakia and the EU. These concern architectonic -- constructional typology, building physics, building equipment and fire protection. There is a text and graphic part of the thesis, which represents complete proposition of realisation of the project for area management and the project for building licence. There are attachements to the project: paré with drawing documentation in scales, poster and a model of the designed motorshow.
