The goal of bachelor work in part one, was creating architectural rendering of showroom with garage in the area Ivanská cesta, Bratislava -- Trnávka. These were including in project for territorial proceeding. Part two was creating project for building proceeding. The assignment was to propose location for the object with respect to the surrounding buildings. The property south side is bordered by Trnavská cesta street, from which are also conducted entrances and from the north side by railway line. There are distribution centers and warehouses located west side of the property and BMW authorized service center and school located in the east. These are also part of estate solution. The proposed ground plan of the building is in letter L shape and is divided into two parts. The first part - the exhibition is visible from Trnavská cesta street and the second part - garage with basement. Dilatation units are separated. Front view shape of the building creates elegant acting trapezium. This design is supported by ramp located in the interior, where vehicles are displayed. Building height increases to the part where the 2nd floor gallery is located. Exhibition space and garage are visible for the administrative part from the second floor. The goal of bachelor work was creating complex documentation for building proceeding. Complete solution and proposal is satisfying functional and shape regulations and goals set in the beginning.
