The main purpose and task of final thesis is to design showroom with service station for the selected brand. This area is located on Trnávska Street in Bratislava. The site is surrounded by industrial and manufacturing building, railway, cemetery. First of all, it was necessary to analyze surroundings, I try to find solution how to respect urban limits, take advantages of potentials and limits that this site provides. Benefit is for instance is as convenient transport potentials, and disadvantage is nearby railways, with protection zone 60 meters. My goal was design representative building, which involve all requirements for service, and showroom. I chose the Citroen brand cars, which has the architectural design manual. I tried to respect it, and use some part of it . The most important was to illustrate the spirit of Citroen from exterior to interior and create a harmony. I wanted design object, which will fit in these environment and attract people and potential. 7customers. the use of these premises is intended for two categories of customers. First are potential and second are standing customers. First are potential, which should have object to attract, entice and represent the brand of vehicle. Species are still customers coming into the service for which it is necessary to provide quality services and provide them with repairs, maintenance vehicles. It is a place of receipt of the ordered spare, additional parts. The entire process of analysis and from the first sketches, ideas, reflections and finished me, I found to the final solution. I put emphasis on the functional proper-operational use of units and operations. I divided all area into three parts, what can be seen in materials, colors, and mass of building. The first object is showroom, which represent dominant, exhibition space, measuring 36x12 meters. It includes exposed cars, sales boxes, behinds the main wall are offices for employers. On the second floor is director, secretary, archive and conference hall. The connection with service is throw stock of spare part. Service consists of warehouses, service and car wash service. The last part is part for technical support and ancillary facilities. This building is not visible from the point of view of pedestrians. In architectural concept I choose for the first object pure white mass with curtain wall in south facade. For service is typical red facade system . The combination of three colors is typical for Citroen. Red with white and gentle slope roof create a dynamic impression. Significant glazed areas are awarded construction steel trusses, which follows the classic combination of Citroen, steel and glass. When designing I like to hold ideological ideas that evoked a facade reminiscent of a brand and create a decent interior exhibition space, putting new cars. The benefit of this architecture, I think that for a given plot is created like this feature. My suggestion is subtle industrial elements, so I wanted to build on the surrounding environment, but also non-intrusive and elegantly.
