The aim of thesis is to create external space of daily stationary for seniors in Martin, which is dominated by the rotation of paved areas and areas bounded by herbaceous border which replicate circular floor plan division. The central space into which they are oriented views of stationary building, is the space reserved for meeting of clients of this building. The central area is partially visually divided by raised herbaceous borders, with the possibility of caring of bed by stationary clients. One of the beds is modified and adapted for disabled clients of stationary. The aim was to create an environment that allows social contact and strengthens the interest of mutual communication. Visually attractive area, which not only interests visitors but also allows them to perform and thereby contribute to increasing attractiveness of the area. It was necessary to design a space that allows visitors active form of relaxation. To this end, there were placed exercise equipment suitable for external area. The central space is space of active relaxation which is connected with reinforced area with possibility of seating not only along a hard surface, but also at the end. The text part documents various stages of process of assignment, starting with the analysis of current stage, then design and after to construction of the project site. Graphic part is visual handling of assignment which consists of analytical part, design and the implementation of the drawings. The assignment of bachelor thesis I processed with acquired skills and knowledge. The result of my work is a comprehensive solution to a day centre for seniors in Martin, which takes into account the habitat requirements of the program to establish a day center for Škultétyho street in Martin and at the same time it is outcome involved set philosophy solution with application and use of elements, which deliver uniqueness and distinctive character.
