The subject of my thesis was to design object gallery and restaurant in the desired location in Ruzinov in Bratislava in proportion to the project for zoning or building permit. The land is bounded on the north Sabinovská street to the south side nearby Ružinovská street. On the east side adjacent to the residential house and on the west side of the lake Štrkovec. Connection to public transport is above standard and the availability of the city center is very good. My goal was to create a unique space for the exhibition of works of art and operationally, logically unify two terms cartridges object. Ground shape of the proposed building is mainly influenced by the shape of the land. The main facade is oriented toward the waterfront. The building is three floors with one basement floor. Layout floor plans logically meets the needs of the operation object galleries and restaurants. On the first floor are functionally separate restaurants and galleries areas. The main entrance to the gallery is located on the west side. On the southeast side are located the premises for the operation of the gallery. The northeastern part of the building is designed for a restaurant with appropriate kitchen. On the second and third floor is a gallery with a large exhibition space, lecture hall, administrative leadership galleries with offices and facilities, library and archival collection. The underground floor is an underground garage, galleriestores and spaces for technical furnishing. Simple white silhouette of object with an irregular pentagon ground shape is animated and expressive elements in the form of oversized windows and sloping inscriptions. Contrast between the light façade and black window frames has the object clearly distinguished from surrounding development. The structural system is combined with a reinforced concrete columns, stiffening walls and stiffened reinforced concrete cores. Supporting elements are reinforced. Roof structure is light steel. The main purpose of the proposed building will be cultural and artistic awareness that appropriately and functionally complement the sport-focused recreational area in its wider context. At ambient constructions object gallery operates infrequently and attracts attention by its architecture.
