The main aim of this thesis is revitalization, reconstruction of the public space in the city of Bratislava -- Old Town, (Wilsonova street) with adjacent streets. This proposing area currently doesn't form part of the public space, intended for leisure, entertainment, and services. Bad conditions of the area and excessive traffic prevent use of the area for relax or other purposes. City enviroment where the area is situated is surounded by historical issues. Historical context can influence revitalization of the square. The following thesis deals with using area for new functions as recreation, sports and other functions. The main aim of this area is connection between Legionárska and Wilsonova street as well as slowing down of the traffic. This solution allow free pedestrian communication. The square is divided into three functional areas which are connected. It creates new spaces for the people.The simple material of the pavement is highlighted by colors. Surrounding provides reactional and sport facilities during the whole year.
