The aim of the final thesis was to create a project of a residential building, a technological regulation, which deals with the walling of the supporting partitions, brickwork made of ground HELUZ bricks. In addition, it was necessary to develop a project for the planning of the construction organization and to prepare the relevant documentation, to elaborate a timetable consisting of the main construction processes and to solve the static part of the ceiling board and roof trusses. The static part was accompanied by drawings of the shape of the slab, floor and section of the roof. From the area of the building constructions, drawings of a typical floor plan, the fisrt overground floor, the relevant section and construction details were drawn up. The graphical documentation was created in the student version of AutoCAD 2016. The text parts were processed in Microsoft Office Word 2007.
