The essence of the diploma thesis is a comparison of property financing options in the company, where we focused on financing through loan and leasing. The diploma thesis consists of a theoretical and a practical part, which follow each other, as the knowledge acquired in theory was applied in the practical part. The theoretical part draws attention to the definition of basic terms related to the topic, such as company, financial analysis, ratio indexes, forms of financing, etc.. The practical part is devoted to the financial analysis of a specific company and the comparison of selected forms of property financing.
