The goal of the thesis is to explore the level of compliance with ethical principles in the selected supermarket chain. Using professional source of literature, we explained the basic concepts of ethics principles, but also using these ethical principles in theoretical level. In the practical part of the thesis, we bring up survey results of using ethical principles within selected tools of marketing mix in the selected supermarket chain. The survey is implemented through a questionnaire distributed by electronic form. Based on the data obtained through selected methods of single-dimensional and multi-dimensional statistics, we formulated conclusions and recommendations to improve the ethical behavior of the supermarket chain, thereby ensuring a higher satisfaction of its customers and strengthened the existing position in the supermarket environment.
