In the bachelor thesis we dealt with the issue of behavioral finance in the context of management decisions. The aim of the work was to identify key cognitive, emotional and psychological factors that have a decisive influence on managers in the financial decision-making process. In the first theoretical part we have described in more detail the various concepts related to corporate finance, financial and investment management, financial management, behavioral finance, and their history, followed by behavioral finance in practice, manager, managerial decisions and the importance of management decisions. In the second part of the bachelor thesis we have mapped the solved problem on the basis of empirical research by means of a questionnaire, which we have implemented in practice using controlled interviews with company managers. In the questionnaire, we focused on the finance decision-making process of business managers and on the cognitive, psychological and emotional aspects that influence this process. The results were evaluated descriptively and graphically. Based on the analysis of primary and secondary sources, we conclude that logical thinking, knowledge and knowledge (cognitive factors), love, anger, happiness and neutrality (emotional factors), health and friendship (psychological factors) have the greatest influence on the decision-making process of business managers. We are confident that we will accomplish the main goal of our work and believe that the information we gain will be beneficial to theory, science and practice.
