Based on the legislation, methodical sheets and literature we have described individual types of technical interventions and we have proposed tasks and procedures that would make the rescue more effective. The thesis consists of four main chapters and several subchapters. In the first chapter there is a subdivision of the fire fighting units according to current legislation, subdivision of the technical interventions and description of the selected methodical sheets. The second part deals with the goal of bachelor thesis, the third part with the methodic. The fourth chapter contains a proposal for the amendment of the selected methodical sheets, respectively the proposal for creating certain tasks and procedures of fire fighting units’ activities for some technical interventions. The bachelor thesis also includes statistics of technical intervention exits.
