The subject of the thesis " Customer satisfaction survey with selected marketing tools with a focus on brand " is to highlight the impact of brand damage towards customer satisfaction with selected products through selected marketing tools. The aim of the work is to point out the satisfaction of customers with selected tools of marketing mix in selected company ALFA BIO s.r.o also on the basis of the history of the company, damage to the brand and consequently the brand changes. In the introduction, we deal with the process of creating a brand, its elements, failures, communication, which are ultimately reflected in customer satisfaction.
