The view of Social Politics within a chosen company using methods of descriptive statistics. (Bachelor Thesis). We would like to focus on the achieved level in the field of social politics in company we have chosen and show up the overall satisfaction of employees. Using the explanation of particular concepts and basic characteristics, we become familiar with social politics in global point of view. Based on Slovak legislation we have focused on the legal rights and duties of employees and employers. After detailed analysis and descriptive statistics of collected information and values, we would like to clarify to a reader of this thesis the current level of social benefits provided to employee of the chosen company. Also focus on satisfaction or dissatisfaction of the employees. In the end we would like to suggest to focus on the identified gaps and offer some solutions to improve the overall solution within the chosen company.
