My assignment consisted in creating an architectural study for new residential zone Crescenzago in Milan. The proposal of new mix-use development, revitalization and urban reconnection of Crescenzago metro station area in line with #milano2030 vision. The new development of affordable social housing together with non-residential objects, services, public spaces. The proposal of renovation of three existing multi-family buildings with focus on decrease of building overall energy consumption. In more detailed form I elaborated the non-residential objects and underground garage.
