Jarmila Klementová PhD. – Degree of qualification level: Bachelor. – Zvolen 2019Bachelor thesis deals with the effect of the macroenvironment elements on the living standards and quality of life in Zvolen. In the theoretical part, the issue of economic thinking development is presented. Moreover, basic economic terms associated with macroeconomics, macroenvironment are defined in this part. The emphasis is placed on the quality of life and living standards. At the end of the section, SWOT analysis in terms of the town was carried out. Various scientific references are mentioned in the theoretical part. Description of the town of Zvolen was focused on the macroenvironment as well. In the research part, quality of life of inhabitants of Zvolen is evaluated using the questionnaire. The questionnaires are described graphically. Following the findings, the proposals in order to improve the quality of life in the town of Zvolen are created.
