The bacherlor thesis deals with the issue if the business process, the process management and of the key process in the selected company. The aim of the thesis is to analyse the motivational processes in the particular company and to find out what impact it has on its employees. The theoretical part of the business process is concentrated on characteristics of basis and meaning of the management function, on the progress of the process management and closer charakteristics and on a division of the business process. The thesis is also focused on the key process which is applied in the selected company. The analytical part is concentrated on the selected company in which the analysis of the key process was accomplished and on the closer specification of the specific process – motivation. We have also characterised the requirements and other aspects on the part of employees to the company and vice versa. The analyses is performed through the questionaire in the selected company. The last part of the thesis is aimed at the evaluation of analytical work results and at the definition of eventual references or which mistakes the company should eliminate.
