The aim of this bachelor work was the complete invertase of the species diversity of the vascular plants on the location of Dúbravy-Hradné lúky. A part of the practical section was a terrain research which took place in 2018 during the vegetation period. In the main part of the work there is the complete list of the vascular plants recognised on this locality and the data from the corresponding literature is there added. It contains 376 taxons, of which 235 were recognised directly during the terrain research. On the basis of more detailed characteristics of the chosen species groups within the frame of nature protective importance, the 13 protected pieces were recognised, 32 endangered species and 15 unoriginal species of plants. The part of this work is also more detailed mapping of the very rare and endangered species Thesium ebracteatum and some more chosen rare species of this locality Salix rosmarinifolia, Trollius altissimus, Gentiana pneumonanthe, Scorzonera humilis and Iris sibirica. This bachelor work is also a practical professional output for the needs of the body of State nature protection of Slovak republic – administration of the Protected landscape area Biosphere reserve of Poľana.
