Choosing the right supplier is an important part of procurement logistics. This diploma thesis analyses the problem of the right supplier selection for the selected business entity accounting information system. The aim of the thesis is to propose the selection procedure and then recommend the optimal solution to the management. Given the wide range of products on the market, a two-stage selection was most suitable. In the first stage, 33 products were selected. Of these, 6 suppliers were extracted for detailed assessment of the obligatory criteria. An optimal solution was identified by using a weighting point rating.For the needs of the company, Money S3 has been shown as the best product.As an alternative, AbraFlexiBee can be designed.
