Pages (80)The main goal of the thesis was to find out customer satisfaction trough the tools of marketing mix in the selected company, Satori cafe in Zvolen. Thesis is divided into two parts. In the first part, we provide theoretical information about service, theory marketing mix of service, customer and customer satisfaction measurement. In the second part of thesis, we evaluated obtained data which we collected through the questionnaire survey. In conclusion, we evaluated fulfillment of thesis and we proposed solutions to improve customer satisfaction for selected company Satori cafe.
