The topic of the bachelor thesis deals with the quality of services in the Training Center Lešť. The topic is very actually. Many works focuses on the characteristics and description of service quality. The notion of quality of service in a company has a many definitions that are not entirely consistent, even if their substance does not change. The nature of quality of services is the provision of such services to the customer that satisfy not only his needs, but also his expectations. This thesis presents the results of research on the quality of services offered in the Training Center Lešť. The research was conducted using a questionnaire had 21 questions answered by random visitors from both sexes. The questionnaire questions were asked in order to obtain objective results of satisfaction of provided services to visitors of the Training Center Lešť.
