The subject of the diploma thesis is the issues of Employee Remuneration working in public sector. The main gaol of the thesis to evaluate the influence of the legislative changes on the Employee Remuneration system in particular budget organization in keeping with valid legislative laws as well as with the Instruments of collective negotiation. The introduction of the thesis contains the theoretical perspective of given topics, the characteristic of the specific condititons of remuneration of certain employee group and the contemporary status of the solved issues. The content of the next part gives information about the goals, techniques and methods used in the thesis, the characteristic of the chosen organization and its remuneration system. The practical part of the thesis ismade of the analysis and evaluation of the changes in remuneration system on the legislative level and using the Instruments of collective negotiation. The ending part is focussed on the impact of the changes in remuneration system on the salaries of employees as well on the costs of the employer.
