The main topic of this diploma thesis was to propose a new effective marketing mix suitable for our choosed company, based on the analysis of the marketing mix and current situation of the company. In the first chapter we are dealing with the theoretical definition of marketing mix 7P, marketing analyses and clarify the conperts of product, price, distribution and marketing communication. In the second part we are focusing on the company, its characteristics, organizational structure, strategies, and logistics of the company and analysis of the marketing mix. The third chapter is dealing with detailed analysis our choosen company IMPA Šamorín, s.r.o., and proposing an effective marketing mix.
