The work focuses on designing an auxiliary handling device for a vibrating welding machine to facilitate work with a vibrating tool. The introduction of the work focuses on the processing of theoretical knowledge about vibrating devices and their harmful effects. Further, in the introduction, an overview of the manipulation tools that serve as inspiration for the solution of the own design of the manipulation device will be found. In the practical part of the work, solutions for the handling device for vibration welding equipment are proposed. Four tables and four arms were designed, from which the most suitable model was selected based on the evaluation of variants. Subsequently, the FEM analysis of the critical parts of the manipulator will be done. The work aims to design a device for simplifying and speeding up the handling of a vibrating tool.
