The aim of this work is the structural design of a device intended for the processing of residual silicone used for the production of molds using vacuum casting technology. The work is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part of this work focuses on the description of silicone from the point of view of its chemical structure, recycling, and history, who and when it was discovered, and how its application was gradually included in various industries. The practical part deals with the design of the silicone processing machine, where several variants of the design of the machine will be proposed. The best variant from the selected proposals will be described in more detail, documented in drawings, and evaluated from an economic point of view.
