The goal of this Bachelor thesis is to design a set of chosen functions - RMS value, histogram and Fourier transform to detect spectral lines - to analyse Barkhausen noise in ferromagnetic materials. The first chapter contains basic information on magnetization curve and magnetic domain walls motion, which happen during the magnetization of a ferromagnetic material and is key to the existence of Barkhausen noise. The second chapter focuses on methods for non-destructive defectoscopy and explains three of them - magnetic flux leakage method, method for adaptive testing and magnetic Barkhausen noise, on which we will be focusing in the next part. In the third chapter we will be focusing on measurements of Barkhausen noise. We will describe the influences of stress, microstructure and characterize the surfaces of ferromagnetic materials and penetration depth while in the second part of the chapter, we will explain an example of devices that use Barkhausen noise as a way to analyse samples. The last chapter consists of description of the measurement for our testing data and the solution for effective value, histogram and spectral lines while also describing how they work. In the end, we will test our programs on a set of real measured values.
