The aim of this master thesis is to develop a design of a machine for mixing raw materials to prepare products for the food industry. The introduction is a look at the theory of mixing, acquaintance with the process of mixing raw materials in the food industry and an approach to machines used in this industry, their division, construction and structural elements, their use and incorporation into lines. Furthermore, the work is devoted to the construction of a machine designed for mixing. The design includes drive calculations and analysis of the load analysis of the selected component. In the end there is an evaluation of the selected construction. Furthermore, the work is supplemented by selected drawing documentation.
