Cieľom diplomovej práce je vytvoriť konštrukčný návrh extrúzneho nástroja pre vytlačovanie EPDM profilu tesnenia na vedenie skla osobného automobilu. V prvej kapitole práce sú zhrnuté teoretické poznatky o materiálových a technologických možnostiach výroby. Ďalšie kapitoly teoretickej časti obsahujú bližšie informácie o tesneniach a analýzu aktuálneho stavu. Piata kapitola sa venuje problematike vytlačovacích nástrojov a v šiestej kapitole je popísaný výrobný proces tesnenia od návrhu až po hotový produkt. Praktická časť sa venuje návrhu 3D modelu prototypu vytlačovacieho nástroja v CAD softvéri, jeho následnej úprave na základe odlaďovania a tvorbe výkresovej dokumentácie finálneho stavu produktu. V závere je technicko-ekonomické posúdenie a zhodnotenie výsledkov práce.

The aim of the master thesis is to create a design of an extrusion tool for extruding an EPDM profile of a seal to a guide of the glass of a passenger car. The first chapter summarizes the theoretical knowledge about the material and technological possibilities of production. The next chapters of the theoretical part contain more detailed information about seals and an analysis of the current state. The fifth chapter deals with the issue of extrusion tools and the sixth chapter describes the manufacturing process of sealing from design to finished product. The practical part deals with the design of a 3D model of a prototype of an extrusion tool in CAD software, its subsequent modification based on tunning process and the creation of drawing documentation of the final state of the product. In the end there is a technical-economic assessment and evaluation of the results of the work.
