The aim of this work is to determine effect on rooting, growth and creation of mycorrhizis onto Norway spruce rooted cuttings (Picea abies [L.] Karst.) In this experiment has been used seven products: granules with inoculum of two ectomycorrhiza fungi Tricholoma sejenctum and Gomphidius glutinosus and pure granules rooting substrate. Microbial replication Ektovit® (ectomycorrhizal), biological microbial product MycorrhizaROOTS® (ectomycorrhizal), mycorrhiza granules. Commercial microbial product Bactomix (bacterial), synthetic product Vetozen (rooting stimulator). We also have established a variant without using stimulant product for the purpose of control.All products were established on three repetitions. On each individual cutting have been evaluated quantity overground part and also in root part, total average length, weight of dry mass of roots and shoots. On rooting system we have evaluated morphotypes of ektomicorhizis. For each purpose of biopreparates we have evaluated percentage of rooted cuttings. After second year were replant.Most of rooted cuttings had after first year MycorrhizaROOTS® (83 % 2nd.y and 3rd.y 78 %) product. After third year had the greater percentage Control (79 %). In the first year was statistically significant difference in morphotype 1, showed between mycorrhizaROOTS® (16,35 %) and Baktomixom (1,30 %). Next statistic significant patterns were, weight of dry mass of shoots and total dry mass. In the weight of dry mass of shoots is statistically significant Mycorrhiza granule (0,61 g) in consideration of MycorrhizaROOTS® (0,46 g) and Ektovit (0,44g). After measured in the second year were statistically significant differences between the sum of Mycorhizal roots of Granule inoculum (26,88%) and Vetozén (7,69%). Mycorrhiza granule (0,72 g) has showed in the weight of roots dry mass was significant except for others four products. In the total dry mass is Mycorrhiza granule (1,17 g) significant on all biostimulant. Third year showed statistically significant effect except for morphotype 3 and average length of root in all the observed patterns.Significant difference in the sum of mycorhiza rooting is between Vetozén product (46,16 %) and pure granule (20,71 %). Greater number of short roots had product MycorrhizaROOTS® (651,46 pcs) and lowest Control (197,73 pcs). Number of roots were around nine pieces and were 133 cm long (MycorrhizaROOTS®). Number of shoot was significant between mycorrhiza granule (12.06 pcs) and Ektovit (6,46 pcs). The greater length was calculated in mycorrhiza granule (50,01 cm). Weight of rooting dry mass is significant between mycorrhiza granule (2,13 g) and Ektovit (1.12 g). MycorrhizaROOTS® (0,96 g) and Mycorrhiza granule (1,42g) are significant in consideration of all biopreparhates in the weight of shoots. Mycorrhiza granule is significant in consideration of all to the remaining products in total mass.
