The title of the Master´s Thesis is Analysis of Customer Satisfaction of the company Lidl Slovenská republika v.o.s. The current state of the problem solves the theoretical approach of market trends, current marketing trends and deals with customer orientation in marketing, including customer characteristics, needs and analysis. A separate part of the thesis focuses on the characteristics of the store and specific sales activities, the typology of research and market research and mystery shopping practices. The results include the characteristics of Lidl Slovenská republika v.o.s. and Customer Satisfaction Analysis in the areas of cleanliness, sales area, cashier, clothing standards, security and overall impression. The results found serve to suggest recommendations for Lidl Slovenská republika v.o.s., which include strict compliance with the rules of care by all employees. Employees should focus primarily on establishing contact with the customer, which should not lack greeting, eye contact and a smile. When working at the cash desk, employees should pay attention to the number of customers in the cashier's order so that customers can make fast purchases.
